This Distance Sales Contract applies to tourism services purchased or reserved through AntalyaLionsPark.com, operated by Flywolf Travel Agency.

Buyer / Customer
The individual who purchases or reserves a tour, excursion, transfer, attraction visit or other tourism service through AntalyaLionsPark.com.
2. Subject of the Contract
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of Flywolf Travel Agency and the customer regarding tourism services booked electronically through AntalyaLionsPark.com.
Services may include tours, excursions, transfers, attraction visits and other tourism-related activities.
3. Service Information
Before completing a reservation, the customer is provided with relevant information concerning the selected service, which may include:
- Service or activity description
- Date
- Number of participants
- Pickup or meeting information
- Included and excluded services
- Total booking price
The customer is responsible for reviewing the booking information and providing accurate contact and reservation details.
4. Prices and Payment
The applicable price is communicated to the customer before the reservation is completed.
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Additional services not included in the original reservation may be subject to additional charges.
5. Confirmation of Reservation
A reservation is considered confirmed after the customer receives confirmation from Flywolf Travel Agency.
Confirmation may be provided electronically, including by email or other agreed communication channels.
6. Performance of Services
Flywolf Travel Agency arranges the booked service according to the reservation details provided to the customer.
Customers must be available at the agreed pickup or meeting location at the specified time.
7. Cancellation, Changes and Refunds
Cancellation, modification and refund conditions may vary depending on the selected tour, activity or service.
The applicable conditions are communicated during the booking process and/or with the reservation confirmation.
Certain tourism and leisure services provided for a specific date or period may be subject to exceptions from statutory withdrawal rights under applicable Turkish law.
8. No-Show
If a customer does not attend the booked activity or is not available at the confirmed pickup or meeting point at the required time, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.
Any refund in such circumstances will be determined according to the applicable booking and cancellation conditions.
9. Changes Due to Operational Conditions
Tour schedules, routes, pickup times or certain elements of an activity may be modified when reasonably necessary because of weather conditions, safety considerations, traffic, operational requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where appropriate, customers may be offered an alternative arrangement, date change or refund according to the circumstances and applicable booking conditions.
10. Third-Party Service Providers
Some transportation, attractions, activities or other components of a booking may be provided by independent third-party service providers.
Flywolf Travel Agency acts as an independent travel agency arranging and selling tourism services.
Flywolf Travel Agency is not the owner or operator of Land of Lions / Antalya Lion Park.
References to attractions or third-party brands are used to identify or describe the relevant destination, attraction or service and do not by themselves imply ownership or official representation.
11. Personal Data
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Turkish data protection legislation.
12. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Nothing in this contract is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Turkish consumer protection legislation.
13. Acceptance
By completing a reservation through AntalyaLionsPark.com, the customer confirms that the relevant booking information, price and applicable terms have been reviewed and accepted.
